I just wrapped up a week-long vacation stay in Jamaica at the Breathless Resort. Joan made sure our vacation was STRESS-FREE. She thought of everything possible. She is the best travel agent around. Joan goes the extra mile for her clients. She is always available at any given time. Once your trip is booked with her you do not have to worry about anything. If anything goes wrong, she is there just a phone call away. She made sure my daughter's birthdays were celebrated and my friend's anniversary was celebrated. We only have great things to say about that amazing experience. So thankful I was able to take my son when he was 6 to meet all the characters. I never go around to thanking Joan. In 2013 Joan helped my husband and I with our honeymoon to Hawaii we went to Oahu and the big island I just have to say WOW it was amazing both of the hotels were we stayed at were beautiful but the one on the big island was a suite and we had the best view!!We also had a problem when we got to Oahu and totally forgot to get our rental car and she helped us fix that too and didn't have to pay extra for it!

I wanted to thank my daughter for taking me on a Panama Canal Cruise. It was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed traveling with her to experience places I have not been to yet with her. We went to Aruba, Bonaire, Cartagena, went through the Panama Canal, and then back through it stopped in Limon.We were one of the last Carnival Cruises that went out in February 2020.

This year 2017 my husband turned 50. He wanted to celebrate his 50th birthday in the 50th state. I started planning the trip to Hawaii about two years ago. I found it to be a little overwhelming. Trying to book flights, a cruise, excursions, rental cars, dinners, shows, etc., etc, etc. I decided to give Joan a call for help, suggestions and guidance. She got right on it and we were booked and ready to go in just a few months. She stayed in contact with me before, durning, and after our trip. I had a little dilemma while on the trip and she was readily available and had answers in less that 24 hours. I would like to add it was the most relaxing enjoyable time I've ever spent on a vacation. My husband is ready to start planning a return trip. Will be talking to Joan again in the near future . Joan I would like to thank you for advising my family to take the insurance out. My favorite saying"I'd rather have it and not need it". OMG...I needed it! This past January while we were in Cozumel, I was stung by a jellyfish. By the time we made it to Progreso, I was running a fever and had began to swell in the legs and in the face. After reboarding the boat, I was seen by the ship doctor and was immediately removed from the boat by ambulance and stayed 3 long days in a mexican hospital. Thank God for wifi, google translate,and 2 family members that were able to stay behind with me. The small fee that you pay upfront is well worth it. All my medical needs were paid for by the insurance. Our money was reimbursed for the flight and any other needed expenses by the insurance.They even sent over 2 representatives to help translate and make sure our needs were met.GET THE INSURANCE---YOU WON'T REGRET IT.Joan I would like to thank you for advising my family to take the insurance out. The Middlecoffs got the room with the spiral stairs! I would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to go to Florence. We could not have done it without you so thanks so much. My wife and I travel more than the average couple I would think. We do about 4 to 5 trips per year out of the country. We have booked ALL of own trips up until this last one to Mexico. I have to say that I have let Joan price out a couple of trips before and I would find on the internet (what I was thinking) the better deal. Well I now have to say the thing I found out is the details of the hotel as well as the placement of the rooms has a HUGE impact on the overall trip itself. When I was thinking that I was saving $50.oo on the overall trip Joan would have had me in a room or hotel worth $200.oo more a night at the same price.So here is my story, I asked Joan to take care of a Rivera Maya, Mexico trip. She set it up and I went behind her and found I could do it at the same price. STAY WITH ME HERE! She said to trust her she would take of us. So I did and here is what I got. When we got to the hotel we were given a first floor patio suit with walk out to the ocean (only 50 feet away) plus a privet cabana with queen size bed and butler service. I would have been probably been 2nd to 3rd floor with pool view or worse.
Joan went so far as to look at the room layout of the hotel double checked availably moved the travel dates a little to save us money overall and on the last night had us moved to a Cancun hotel with the same company that put us 10 minutes from the airport for a 7am flight keeping us from what would have been a 4am departure from Rivera Maya to 6am
So with all that said. I’m a believer now! So from now on when the wife and I look at each other and say “Let’s get out of here†I will just call Joan name a country and wait for further instructions.

We just returned from our week long Smokies Vacation. Seriously - call Joan Follmann when you want to take a family trip. 6 of us went - we stayed at a cabin called Serendipity and it was amazing!! Hot tub - fireplace - full amenities! Grill - full porch in the mountains - and AFFORDABLE!!! And she checked on us often! Imagine being on a 1500 mile road trip with an 18 month old by yourself. Now imagine how great it is to have a travel agent who is available 24/7 who takes your call and finds the perfect lodging for you to arrive in an hour with said toddler. Joan is amazing!
