What qualifies as a group cruise?
Most cruise lines typically require a minimum of 5 to 8 cabins for a group.  It can be for a family or school reunion, a corporate retreat, or a group of people with the same hobby.  A group cruise brings people together for a shared experience.

How far in advance should you book a group cruise?

It is recommended at least 12 to 18 months in advance, especially if the cruise is going to be a large group or if the cruise is during peak season.

What are the benefits of booking a group?

Cruise Groups offer numerous benefits as long as the minimum amount of cabins are booked, such as discounted prices, onboard amenities, and private parties.

How does payment work for a group cruise?

Payments can be split among the people in the cabin.

Yes!!  We will be with you from the planning phase until the end of the cruise.

  What type of free things can we expect?

That all depends.  Groups will normally have access to group dining arrangements, onboard credit, and private events.  These are normally determined by the number of people booked and the cruise line.

  What about dietary restrictions?

Cruise lines are good about accommodating dietary needs.  It is important to let us know this when booking and for you to also communicate to the staff on the cruise to ensure they have it noted.
